Nvida Drivers for Precison T3400

Have just upgraded the RHEL5 kernel but having some issues with the Nvida X Server setting when running dual head. Second head doesn't synch properly and when I click on Open GL/GlX information in the NVidia X Server Settings X shuts down.

Nvidia X Server showing I'm using Nvidia driver version 100.14.11

There must be a more recent set of drivers but when I checked the Dell Support site the lastest was dell-nvidia-14.11-dkms.A01.x86_64.rpm

Anyone know where I can downlaod a more current RPM ? Thanks
