Hi Marco,
Regardless of the distribution you are using, there should be a program
called gparted or something similar to it:
http://gparted.sourceforge.net/
I suggest you read the manuals and do it carefully. gparted can "move
things over" if your /swap partition expands into something else [as it
seems most likely the case]. I've done this before. Follow the
instructions and, as they always say, *back up first*! :-)
