VT-x and VT-d on Dell T7400 Workstation

Hi,

I'm trying to find out if the Dell T7400 supports the Intel VT-d (Directed I/O) extensions.  It looks like the T7400 has the Intel 5400 chipset which is supposed to have VT-d, but I need to know if the BIOS allows the VT-d support to be enabled on this system.  Does anyone know about this?

(The datasheet for the T7400 says the system also supports the Intel VT-x extensions in the Xeon processor, but I also need VT-d.)
