Thermal / Temperature Monitor on RHEL4

Hello,

 

I just installed a Q6700 processor and wondered if there is software
available to monitor the temperature of the processors / four cores.

 

I looked in subdirectories under /proc/acpi/thermal_zone for various file as
several people wrote programs to monitor files there and/or recommended
using those files.  I also looked in /sys.  I did find any files in the
/proc subdirectories for thermal data.

 

Does any know if Dell has hardware monitoring software for a Dell Precision
390 using RHEL4 (Update 6)?
