RHEL4 on T3400

OK, got myself a set of brand spanking new T3400s:

QX6850, 4GB, 2x320GB SATA, NVS290 Video

It comes with RHEL5.  For a multitude of reasons, we need
to run RHEL4.  So, before I waste a lot of time, some questions
for you folks:

1) This is supposed to work, but using a RHEL4 U6 install DVD, what
pitfalls will I encounter?

2) We currently use SW RAID (md).  Should we continue to use SW RAID
or move to the on-board HW RAID?  If HW, how does one "sign" the drive
to make is HW RAID?  Poked around in BIOS for a bit and didn't see anything
obvious.

3) NVIDIA driver...  Is 169.07 the latest or should I use the 100.14
that is floating around on the Dell Website?
