updates broken?

I'm running a fairly stock RHEL5 on my 390, and updates have stopped 
working for one particular package.

I get this:

I had to install all the other updates by hand around this. Supposedly 
e2fsprogs-libs is installed so I'm not sure why this error is getting 
reported.
