Problem in Installing Redhat Enterprise Linux 4 on Dell Precision 490

Dear Sir,

We purchased DELL precision 490, workstation installed with 64 bit Windows
XP Operating system. We are trying to install Redhat Enterprise Linux
version 4, at the beginning of the installation Linux is unable to recognize
the hard drives, device drivers and system is re-booting. Please kindly
suggest the procedure for installing Redhat Enterprise Linux version 4, on
the same Machine.
