After Grub-install, I can't boot to the utilities partition . . .

Hello,

 

I finally got my RHEL system working again but have lost access to the
utility partition on my Dell Precision 390.

 

I do F12 and then select the utility partition.  Instead of the diagnostics
coming up, I get RHEL WS 4.

 

Any ideas on how to get my diagnostics back?
