Hi Ahnjoan,
Grab ccid-1.3.2-1.el5.src.rpm and pcsc-lite-1.3.3-1.el5.src.rpm from:
http://www.itee.uq.edu.au/~douglask/SRPMS/
and build them using:
rpmbuild -D "dist .el5" --rebuild pcsc-lite-1.3.3-1.el5.src.rpm
(then install the generated pcsc-lite RPMs)
rpmbuild -D "dist .el5" --rebuild ccid-1.3.2-1.el5.src.rpm
If you have difficulties, I could put up the binary RPMs.
