cpu upgrades for Precision 470..

Hello everyone,

I have a fine 470 with dual single-core Xeon 3.4GHz cpus (I guess they 
must be Noconas).. I was wondering if there would be an upgrade path to 
faster cpus.. Something like the Xeon MP 3.66 (SL84U/SL8UM, Cranford), the 
Dual-Core Xeon MP 7041 or 7040 or the Dual-Core Xeons 7140M/7150M? Would 
such a cpu upgrade work if the heat dissipation and power consumption is 
roughly the same? All of these chips use Intel 604 sockets.

Ideas?
