Sound on Precision T3400

I've just uploaded a tarball to linux.dell.com it contains the drivers that supports the AD1984 codec in a dkms format. It has been tested on RHEL5 Gold but should work on Scientific Linux 5.

Following up to myself...

I managed to get sound working by installing the latest version of
alsa-driver (1.0.15 as opposed to 1.0.12 in RHEL5). Obviously this is
going to break the next time I install a new kernel...

Is there an appropriate dkms snd-hda-intel package for RHEL5?
The latest one I could find on the Dell site is 1.0.6p-10dkms, which
doesn't build under RHEL5.

Perhaps this would have been on the driver cd that came with the
system, but for some reason the "T3400n drivers and utilities" cd only
contains Windows drivers...
