Installing Additional Packages

Hello,

I have a Dell Precision 390 running Red Hat Enterprise 4 WS. I'm trying to
add three development packages (memtest86+, cproto, and dmalloc) to the
system. The "Add Packages" program calls for the "Red Hat Enterprise Linux
4 disk 3." When I put the disk in the drive and press OK, it says it is
unable to read the disk.

I called Gold Support and they said it wasn't their concern as they don't
support Red Hat except on a best effort and adding packages is beyond
hardware support.

Anyone have suggestions on how to proceed with both finding out about my
drive & disk, as well as, getting the packages installed.

Bert Moshier.
