Do you mean RHEL5-beta2? In that case it's publically available here:

Apropos: I've got a Dell Precision M65 and got the sound working with
the snd-hda-intel package (on CentOS 4.4), but the volume controls and
mute button on the laptop are not working, neither do the external
speakers mute if i plug in some headphones. Does anyone know of a
resolution to this problem?
