latest dell-nvidia driver for redhat 3 update 8

we tried to load dell-nvidia-9755-4dkms.x86_64.rpm on some of our dell
precision 470s running redhat 3 update 8 without any luck.

the dell-nvidia-8765-2dkms.x86_64.rpm package will work. is
dell-nvidia-8765-2dkms.x86_64.rpm the latest that dell offers for redhat
3 update 8 ws 64bit?

we also downloaded NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-100.14.11-pkg2.run from nvidia
website which also worked but monitors were switched.
