RHEL3u7: No sound on Precision 390

The audio controller and codec and controller are the same between the
380 and 390, so the sound should work.

One thing that has worked in the past is to delete the
/etc/sysconfig/hwconf file, and then run `kudzu` on a command prompt.
The problem may be that the audio controller is not configured correctly
after driver install, so you need to force a detection/configuration.

I am not sure those will work for a 390. They were done for the 380 and
are probably out of date with the 390's set of sound drivers.

With the RHEL-3 going into maintenance only in November.. I am not sure
if it will get a lot of attention :/. What I have done for where I
needed to do RHEL-3 but it didn't like my hardware.. I installed
RHEL-4 on the box, installed vmware, put the RHEL_3 in the system.
Worked great for compiling and stuff.
