RHEL3u7: No sound on Precision 390

I am not sure those will work for a 390. They were done for the 380
and are probably out of date with the 390's set of sound drivers.
With the RHEL-3 going into maintenance only in November.. I am not
sure if it will get a lot of attention :/. What I have done for where
I needed to do RHEL-3 but it didn't like my hardware.. I installed
RHEL-4 on the box, installed vmware, put the RHEL_3 in the system.
Worked great for compiling and stuff.
