RHEL 3 Sound drivers for the 490n

Are there sound drivers available for RHEL3 for the Precision 490?
I saw that the snd-hda-intel-1.0.6p-9.tar.gz package is available on the dell
download site for RHEL4.0/1 but what about RHEL3 - since I'm forced to use
RHEL3 for various reasons.
