Can't Install RH Enterprise WS on Precision 380

I have installed RHEL WS 3 and WS4 on multiple Dell Precisions 380's.
My normal checking on this would be:

1) Make sure you are running the latest BIOS on the 380
2) Make sure you have the latest RHEL  (3U8 and 4U4) .
