snd-hda-intel-1.0.6p-8dkms not working for me

Scratch that. Audio did work after a reboot which is even more perplexing 
given the error messages to the console about the %post scriptlet failing. 
I guess I need to figure out some kind of algorithmic way of telling if 
audio works with the broken audio rpms...
