You need to install the kernel-source rpm . Since you are running
RHEL-3.4 I would assume that you are not registered with the main RHN
server. You will need to look through the cdroms and see which one
contains
kernel-source-2.4.21-27.EL.i386.rpm
and run 'rpm -Uvh kernel-source-2.4.21-27.EL.i386.rpm'
If you are registered with the RHEL RHN servers then an up2date -i
kernel-source will also do this.
