No sound after upgrading to RHEL WS3 U8 on Precision 380

We have using rpm from http://linux.dell.com/files/audio/intel-high-def/
for Precision 380. The sound has been working well until RHEL WS3 Update
7. Recently we upgraded to Update 8. The rpm are installed without error
and /etc/modules.conf looks the same. But somehow there is no sound for
e.g. xmms.
 
Does anyone using WS3 U8 on Precision enconter the same issue ?
