By this you mean new microcode?  Dell includes recent microcode in
each of the BIOS updates that are released.  We don't currently offer
a method of updating the CPU microcode separately from the BIOS.  At
OLS last month the issue came up in several conversations, but AFAIK
no progress has been made on developing a solution to provide and
install microcode separately yet...
