Updating BIOS from A04 to A05 on 650N workstation.

Hi,

I have a Precision 650N workstation running the Linux 2.6.17.7 kernel and Fedora Core 5, and I am
trying to update the BIOS from A04 to A05 using the dell_rbu kernel module. According to the file
linux/Documentation/dell_rbu.txt:

"The rbu driver needs to have an application (as mentioned above)which will
inform the BIOS to enable the update in the next system reboot."

Can someone tell me which application this is, please? And where I can download it from?
