[Linux-PowerEdge] Install OMSA on Ubuntu 14.04

Likely a PATH issue. What does

> echo $PATH

 tell you?

I believe omreport downloads to

/opt/dell/srvadmin/bin/omreport

so add /opt/dell/srvadmin/bin to your PATH or just use it directly.
