Files not available could be due to temporary network/sync issue. Please retry and let us know if file download failure still persists.

The xerces library is updated which contains the fix for 'TranscodingException'.

1.    Uninstall DSU if already installed using 'yum remove dell-system-update'

2.    Install DSU as instructed in http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/dsu/

3.    If issue is still seen, try setting 'export LANG=en_US.UTF-8'. Please provide the output of 'set' or 'printenv' command if issue is not solved.
