Hi Jukka,
Qlogic update support is not there with YUM repo(http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/faq.html ). In our next release we will remove those rpms (FC8_Embedded_Mezz_Card_QME2572_ven_0x1077_dev_0x2532_subven_0x1077_subdev_0x0167-6.0.0.8-1.noarch.rpm in your case) which ask for Qlogic rpm.

Thanks,
Rathish

You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: package-cleanup --problems
package-cleanup --dupes
rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Well, checking on our other machines, it's provided by the dell_ie_nic_qlogic package, so let's test this:
# rpm -ivh --nodeps dell_ie_nic_qlogic-1.1.0-7.i386.rpm

Could you fix this i386 package? Looks like a very small typo in the SPEC. Can I download a fixed version from somewhere?

Best regards,
