[Linux-PowerEdge] Changing Boot Configuration via wsman?

I have a machine which currently has the 10GB network card configured as
a UEFI boot source (InstanceID
UEFI:BIOS.Setup.1-1#UefiBootSeq#NIC.Slot.4-2-1#0d19d52963a9c889e6336349927b4e53)
. If I try to add it to the IPL boot list I get:

    <n1:ChangeBootSourceState_OUTPUT>
      <n1:Message>Boot Source does not belong to specified Boot Configuration</n1:Message>
      <n1:MessageID>BOOT007</n1:MessageID>
      <n1:ReturnValue>2</n1:ReturnValue>
    </n1:ChangeBootSourceState_OUTPUT>

which makes sense. Is there a wsman method I can use to move this device
from the UEFI boot configuration list to the IPL boot configuration
list?
