[Linux-PowerEdge] PERC6/i Fatal firmware error

I have a PERC6/I with FW 6.2.0-0013 installed.
Several days ago, a non-responsive disk caused fatal firmware error, then VD is offline which cause application down.

>From the raid firmware release note , it only reported the following fix,

Fixes an issue where the user might see a misleading error message stating that number  of devices exceeded the maximum limit of devices per quad.
Added fixes to improve hard drive medium error recovery that avoids bringing the controller off-line.

Can experts double check whether  the newest release FW 6.3.3-0002 has already fix the similar firmware hung issue. We need some documents to address the issue and avoid it happened again.
