[Linux-PowerEdge] OMSA on R620 - ESXi 5.1 - services not running after install [SOLVED]

It's in the documentation but it's not exactly obvious:
Page 55: "Use Server Administrator Web Server version 7.0 to access VMware ESXi 4.0 U3, VMware ESXi 4.1 U2, VMware ESXi 5.0 U1 systems."
There is also this:
You might be able to install the server administrator web server in a VM on a non Dell host but not sure. There is also the Dell Management Plug-In for VMware vCenter. I haven't used this but this might replace the need for a managed node to connect to the OMSA instance on your ESXi box.

You can't login that way. You have to access OMSA on your ESXi box from a system running Dell OpenManage Server Administrator Managed Node.
Thanks Jacob! Now I know why there is a "Manage Remote Node" link on the OMSA login page on my other servers. To be clear, one must:
1. Connect to the OMSA web interface on another Dell server (running OMSA on Windows, Linux, etc) (https://dellserver:1311).
2. At the login page, click "Manage Remote Node".
3. Enter the IP address of the ESXi host and your login credentials.
So, if you don't have another Dell server running a non-ESX OS, there's no way to access OMSA running on ESXi?
I don't see mention of this anywhere in the documentation; it's neither in:
Server Administrator Version 7.2 Installation Guide
Dell OpenManage Server Administrator Version 7.2 User's Guide
Is it documented somewhere else or did I miss it?
