[Linux-PowerEdge] OMSA recommending driver firmware not available

I think you'll find that the DELL web site has 12.10.6-0001 for the 
H700i. It seems that 12.10.5-0001 was badly broken and should not be 
installed. I can't comment on why it isn't in the repository yet.
