For the record, Redhat did release i386 RHEL6 binaries.  It was an Amazon 
AWS primary platform for micro instances.

For rsync purposes, I would leave an README.txt in an empty i386/ dir 
explaining the absence of 64 bit OMSA for this oslevel.
