CentOS 6.x 64bit

I have a script that checks for .rpmsave/.rpmnew files, and it stumbled on
this file which happens to be an "actual file", belonging to a dset rpm.

	$ rpm -q dell-dset-provider
	dell-dset-provider-3.3.0.300-1.x86_64
	$ rpm -ql dell-dset-provider | grep rpmsave
 /opt/dell/advdiags/dset/bin/omsa/etc/openmanage/oma/ini/omcli.ini.rpmsave

Is this intentional?
