[Linux-PowerEdge] OMSA 7.3.0 does not report disk failure on PE 2950

Hi,

I have a Dell PE 2950 III that displays the following on the display:

  E1810 HDD 2 Fault

However, the web gui and omreport tool report the disk as online. This
made my Nagios integration fail to detect the failure.
