[Linux-PowerEdge] Start OMSA -> network down

Wow, after upgrading my network card firmware (tg3) and reinstall an 
fresh OM 7.1, it seems to work !
The init script is still buggy, but launching dataeng manually work, no 
network breakdown, and omreport also :)

Thks a lot, I can now plan to deploy OM on all my debian server. It will 
improve my monitoring and make the raid managment much more consistent.
