I've tested with success these two:
- OMSA64-CentOS55-x86_64-LiveCD
- OMSA70-CentOS6-x86_64-LiveDVD

The PXE setup was done simply by adding the ISO file to the "initrd"
and netboot with:

LABEL OMSA70-CentOS6-x86_64-LiveDVD
  KERNEL omsa/vmlinuz70
  INITRD omsa/initrd70.gz
  APPEND root=/OMSA70-CentOS6-x86_64-LiveDVD.iso rootfstype=iso9660 rootflags=loop liveimg ro

Of course it would be the best to be able to netboot with NFS root.

Live-OMSA71 doesn't work like the previous images and prints:

/include: line 541: setctsid: command not found
