[Linux-PowerEdge] LC remote changing from raid1 to raid0

ConvertToRAID is only relevant for disks currently in a non-RAID state. You can skip the step if it isn't relevant to those disks.

GetPhysicalDiskViews is useful to check the current state.

Further, you might want to check if the disks in question are already in use with the GetVirtualDiskViews method. If you want to create a fresh RAID configuration, you can start with the ResetConfig step before creating the VD.

Hmm, i've tested the device settings before and they're seems to be equal

using the scripts from  linux_lc1_5_scripts_2011_09_8_v1_2.zip

flemming at console:/scratch/lc/9_Hardware_Inventory $ ./9.10_RAID_Inventory.sh XXXX root XXXX |egrep 'InstanceID|ProductName'
<n1:ProductName>PERC H310 Mini</n1:ProductName>

flemming at console:/scratch/lc/16_RAID_Storage_Management $ ./16.9_Listing_the_RAID_Inventory_PhysicalDiskView_Class.sh XXXXX root XXXX |grep InstanceID

Any further idea ?

No. Did you install the latest LC-firmware and i have read this for valid inputs:
 * Dell RAID Profile - Dell Community<http://www.google.nl/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CB8QFjAA&url=http://en.community.dell.com/techcenter/extras/m/white_papers/20033429/download.aspx&ei=fXahUOKBCePN0QWV_oGYCg&usg=AFQjCNHuKaRVRh7VJumB-p9Hvji0yMIXaQ&cad=rjt>

Maybe Clear the config or delete the existing virtual disk config (ClearForeignConfig)
