Do you have IPMI and all the dell daemons working?

# lsmod | grep -i ipmi

# dmesg | grep -i ipmi

# srvadmin-services.sh status
dell_rbu (module) is running
ipmi driver is running
dsm_sa_datamgrd (pid 5110 5058) is running
dsm_sa_eventmgrd (pid 5210) is running
dsm_om_shrsvcd (pid 4742) is running
