Anyone having trouble with the new kernel?

PowerEdge 2970
centos-release-5-7.el5.centos

Working kernel:
# uname -a
Linux dns-r5.uscable.net 2.6.18-238.19.1.el5 #1 SMP Fri Jul 15
07:32:29 EDT 2011 i686 athlon i386 GNU/Linux

With the new kernel, the system was unresponsive but I managed to pull
this from the messages log.
