Hi,

We have a MD1000 with 15 1TB disks hooked up to a PERC6/E controller on a
PowerEdge R510. Everything seemed to be working fine for about six months
or so. Lately we started seeing the messages below. The odd thing is these
messages always happen a little after 22:40 on Thursday evenings. So far as
I know there is no cron job or anything that runs at that time. The message
is always about disk 0:0:11. There is a single volume on these disks, it's
a RAID 10 volume with a hot spare. We monitor the controller and volume with
a script that uses omreport and so far as I can tell omreport never complains
about the disk or volume.

Should we be worrying about these messages? Should we contact Dell support
about them?
