Has anyone run in to this before?
[root at sentinel ~]# racadm setniccfg -s 10.10.6.25 255.255.0.0 10.10.6.1
ERROR: Unable to perform requested operation.
If the operation attempted was to configure DRAC, possible reason may be
Local Configuration using RACADM is disabled.
The RAC is unable to communicate with the BMC. This condition may
occur because of (1) no BMC is present, (2) missing or disfunctional
IPMI-related software components. Many RAC features depend on BMC
connectivity in order to work properly, and you may see failures
as a result.
Also, most things to query the hardware via omreport fail - ie:
[root at sentinel ~]# omreport chassis memory
Error : Memory object not found
It's a brand new R610.
I haven't run in to this before. Is there something obvious missing?
