IT assistant and software upgrades

Hello,

Has anyone successfully upgraded the BIOS or firmware on a server  
running Debian (kernel 2.6.24) using IT assistant?  I have  
successfully discovered the system and issued the upgrade command but  
it fails with the following result:

Execution Results:
Device validation command failed with error message: Bundle Validation
Bundle Supported : false
System Supported : Definition file not found.
Bundle Validation
Bundle Supported : false
System Supported :
OS Supported     :
Bundle Complete  : true

Any insight on this topic would be very much appreciated.
