Memory in a T105 - Matching Pairs?

Hi,

 

I'm getting conflicting information on the Web regarding memory in the PE T105. Memory specialists like Crucial say that memory has to be installed in matching pairs, but Dell sells the machine with 1x512MB and 1x1GB as a memory options.

 

Does anyone know for sure if it requires matching pairs?
