I'm using this repo on CentOS 5.3, which comes with
yum-3.2.19-18.el5.centos. Any reason you haven't upgraded from CentOS
5.0?
Also, I'm not pointing yum to that URL directly, but I have used the
bootstrap script as per http://linux.dell.com/wiki/index.php/Repository/OMSA
