1950 OMSA 5.5.0 - Absent Storage Component

I have hunted around and may be missing something obvious, if so, I apologize.

The path I have followed:

# wget -q -O - http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/latest/bootstrap.cgi | bash
# yum install srvadmin-all
I get a error:
WARNING: srvadmin-storage configuration not performed;
         '/etc/omreg.cfg' is missing or damaged.
Followed this advice:  http://lists.us.dell.com/pipermail/linux-poweredge/2009-April/038958.html
# rpm -e --nodeps srvadmin-storage
# yum install srvadmin-storage

Still no dice.

Any suggestions?  Could this be a hard drive firmware issue as also noted within the link above?
