Hard Drive Configuration with RAID 10 requires a maximum total Hard Drive capacity of 3600GB???

Problem solved, the battery comes in a separate, identical box to the
controller.  The tech here thought our order got doubled somehow and was
trying to send the "extra controller" back to Dell.  We opened the box and
presto we have our battery.
