Legacy RAID (PERC2/DC) controller help

We have a PE2450 with CentOS (RHEL) 5.3 on it and a PERC2/DC RAID controller in it attached to a Dell PowerVault 210s drive tray.
I need to delete the 2 arrays that are on the drive tray without removing the array that's located in the internal server drive bays (it's a RAID 5 array).
I have the dellmgr utility installed (the one that looks like the controller's BIOS), but I don't understand how I can remove arrays. I know there's a clear option, but that will delete all the arrays/configuration.
I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to storage management (SCSI, SATA and Fibre Channel RAID controllers), I just don't understand the steps to delete array 2 and 3, while leaving array 1.
This controller is pretty old, so support seems to be a little then. Can someone with experience with this controller help me out?
Thanks
