I've run now prime95 , cpuburn-in and stress and none of those made the
box even break a sweat over 24 degrees Celsius, the fan RPM's kicked up
a bit but nothing hardly over 6K rpms..

prime95 did not even tax all eight cores even when running 8 separate
instances ( -A0-7 ) with the "-t" (torture option)

cpuburn-in same story,

'stress' did put significant load with the options:

stress -v --cpu 8 --io 4 --vm 2 --vm-bytes 128M --timeout 600s

If given the time I'll run Diags overnight,

Does anyone know of a good I/O drive/Controller Stress Tester ?

Thanks for all the help,
