Dell 1950 Unexplained Reboots

Running CentOS 4.6, server just bounces for no reason -

No logs record any issues:

Nothing logged at the OS level, ( /var/log/messages )
Nothing logged on the DRAC
Nothing logged / reported in OpenManage
32 bit diags reported no failures

Latest BIOS 2.5.0
Latest DRAC

Power is dual cable into two separate building UPS systems

Has anyone seen anything like this ?

This has happened to a few of our systems (we have 300+ mix of 1950 I,
II ,III and 2950 I, II ,III)
