PE2950 OpenManage Install w/ CentOS 5.3

We are pretty much stuck on the first step. We've called tech support
and they basically said since it's CentOS, it's non-supported.

[root at gnax-ds10 yum.repos.d]# wget -q -O -
http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/latest/bootstrap.cgi | bash

As you can see, the RPM failed GPG check. Any ideas?
