Replace failing drive on PERC 5i PE2950 RAID 1 Array

Although these drives are hot swappable,yYou should really login to
OpenManage and watch the status of the hard drive. If the hard drive
isn't listed as failed, then put the disk offline. After that, you could
pull the disk out en put the new disk in. The array will rebuild itself
automagically.
